動発信し得る自動発信制御手段と、 第１の転送先が不在であることを検出し、該検
出に基づいて上記自動発信制御手段に第２の転送
先に自動発信させるための信号を送出するシステ
ム制御手段とを具備した事を特徴とする転送機能
