Claims (1)
- ハウジング内を回転しながら進退するステムと
、前記ステムの進退に応じて弁を開閉させるダイ
アフラムとの間に、前記ステムの回転が前記ダイ
アフラムに伝わることを抑制するバツクアツプリ
ングを具えた金属ダイアフラム弁において、前記
バツクアツプリングを前記ハウジングに対して回
転不能に構成したことを特徴とする金属ダイアフ
ラム弁。
