Claims (1)
- 被検査物に磁界を発生させる磁界発生手段と、
磁界の強さを光学的に検出する光磁界センサとを
備え、該光磁界センサには、これに光を供給する
発光素子と、光磁界センサからの光信号を電気信
号に変える受光素子とが一体に設けられているこ
とを特徴とする磁性探傷器用検出装置。
