Claims (1)
- 複数の工具を着脱可能に装着し切削位置に旋回
割出しするタレツト刃物台において、旋回軸７の
中心穴７ａに隙間を有して嵌通されたパイプ２４
と、該パイプの内と外に切削液と圧力空気とを別
々に供給する刃物台１に固定の継手部材と、前記
パイプ先端に設けられそれぞれの流量を調整可能
とし外周２６ｂに開口する切削液用と圧力空気用
の２本の流路３２，３５を有する弁体２６と、該
弁体と回転可能に嵌合し前記２本の流路３２，３
５に対応する２本の流出路３９，４０が工具に対
応してそれぞれ放射状に穿設され前記切削位置に
割出されたとき１個所の前記流出路３９，４０が
前記流路３２，３５と連通するタレツトに同心に
固着された回転継手２５と、該回転継手外周に放
射状に取付けられ前記タレツトの各々工具刃先に
のびる二重パイプ構造の複数のノズル部材３６，
３７とを含んでなり、配管及び流量調整弁をタレ
ツト刃物台内に設けたことを特徴とするミスト式
切削液装置。
