Claims (1)
- 肉箱の底に配設され食肉を食肉スライス用刃物
に向けて搬送するためのコンベアーと、該コンベ
アーの食肉搬送方向端部に対向して配されるとと
もに前記食肉をコンベアーに向けて押圧するため
の食肉押え装置を具えた食肉スライサーにおいて
、該食肉押え装置は、前記刃物の刃面にほぼ平行
に配設された支軸に回転自在に支持された複数の
食肉押え体と、それぞれの食肉押え体をコンベア
ー側に付勢するばねとを具えたことを特徴とする
食肉スライサー。
