置され、下面からこの天板１４を貫通して下方に
垂下し前記可動注出孔部材２上面に届く足１７を
有し、押し込まれるとこの足１７を介し可動注出
孔部材２をばね１３に抗し押下げて注出孔１０を
棒栓１６から離脱させて開栓する押ボタン４とか
