熱抵抗体と成し、上記発熱抵抗体層を挾んで一側
及び他側に交互に引き出された複数の電極と、 上記一側に引き出された複数の電極をそれぞれ
一方の電源端子に接続するスイツチング素子と、 上記他側に引き出された複数の電極をそれぞれ
他方の電源端子に接続するスイツチング素子とを
設け、 上記一側に引き出された電極に接続されたスイ
ツチング素子によつて発熱抵抗体を2ビツト単位
で選択すると共に、該選択された2ビツト単位の
発熱抵抗体を上記他側に引き出された電極に接続
されたスイツチング素子によつて1ビツト単位で
