Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 管状基体金具の後端部に、金属製外筒を連結し
てなる管体の内部に、酸素イオン伝導性固体電解
質の積層体からなる長尺板状検出素子を絶縁保護
層で保持して配設し、その先端を絶縁保護層から
露出して検出端とすると共に、金属製外筒の内部
には絶縁保護層の一部となるガラス等からなる封
止層を充填して溶融固化し、検出素子後端の導線
接続端を保護した構成を備える酸素センサにおい
て、 封止層と金属製外筒との間に、０．０５mm〜０
．２mmの厚さの、金属製倣い材料からなる熱緩衝
層を設けたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。
