第１図から第３図は本考案の１実施例で内燃機
関のコンロツド部へのボルト供給装置を示すもの
であり、第１図は本装置の一部を断面とした平面
図、第２図は同装置の一部を断面とした側面図、
第３図はストツパーと前進位置決め部材の正面拡
大図であり、Ａは第１図の右方からストツパーを
見たところＢは左方から前進位置決め部材を見た
ところである。尚、同図中、１はホルダー、１ａ
は挾持部材、１ｂは取付部材、１ｃは溝、２はス
プリング、３は支持軸保持部材、３ａ，３ｂは支
持軸、３ｃは固定部、４ａ，４ｂは回転軸、５は
スプリング、６はローラー、７ａ，７ｂは側壁、
８は押圧部材、８ａはテーパー面、９はシリンダ
ー、１０はピストン、１１はピストンロツド、１
２ａはストツパー、１２ｂ，１２ｃは前進位置決
め部材、１３はローラー走行カムプレート、１４
はシリンダー、１５はモーター、１６は主動ギア
、１７は従動ギア、１８は押圧ロツド、１９は機
枠、２０は保持供給部、２１は押圧部、２２はコ
ンロツド搬送コンベアを示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定の状態で受入れたボルトを必要な場所
    に供給するボルト供給装置において、 受入れたボルトを挾持する回動可能なホルダー
    と、該ホルダーの位置を横方向に偏位せしめる偏
    位量設定可能な横位置設定機構と、該ホルダーの
    姿勢を変化せしめる姿勢変換機構を備えたことを
    特徴とするボルト供給装置。 (2) 前記横位置設定機構において、並列に配置
    した複数のボルトのホルダー間隔を押圧部材の前
    進量による押圧で決定し、この押圧部材の前進量
    を設定するため押圧部材前進位置決定部材を設け
    たことを特徴とする請求項(1)に記載のボルト供
    給装置。 (3) 前記姿勢変更装置として、保持供給部に一
    体に取り付けられたローラーと、このローラーの
    走行を規制するローラー走行カムプレートをもつ
    て構成し、このローラーがローラー走行カムプレ
    ート上を走行することにより該ホルダーが該ホル
    ダーに設けた回転軸を中心として自重により回転
    することを特徴とする請求項(1)に記載のボルト
    供給装置。
