トツパによる内装タイル用生素地の位置決め状態
を示す説明図、第３図は、本実施例の装置を用い
て内装タイル用生素地を９０°回転させその向き
を変える一連の動作を示す説明図、第４図は、昇
降装置を用いずに、吸盤ケースから生素地を丸ベ
ルト上に直接落下させた場合の説明図、第５図は
プレス装置を用いて内装タイル用の生素地を製造
したときその側片に沿つてできるバリの説明図、
第６図は内装タイル用の生素地からバリを除去す
る工程の説明図、第７図は従来の内装タイル用生
素地の回転装置の一例を示す説明図である。 １０……バリ、１６……内装タイル用生素地の
回転装置、２０……丸ベルト、３０……昇降装置
、４０……吸着回転装置、１００……内装タイル
用生素地、３００……搬送ライン。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プレス成形された内装タイル用生素地のバ
    リ取り工程で用いられる内装タイル用生素地の回
    転装置において、 搬送ベルトから生素地を上方所定位置まで持ち
    上げる昇降手段と、 搬送ベルトから持ち上げられた生素地を吸着保
    持し所定角度回転させることにより、その向きを
    変える吸着回転手段と、 を含み、前記昇降手段は、生素地が吸着回転手段
    により吸着保持された後に退避し、生素地が所定
    角度回転された後に生素地を受け取り搬送ベルト
    上に載置することを特徴とする内装タイル用生素
    地の回転装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)に記載の装置に
    おいて、 搬送ベルトを介して送られてくる生素地を所定
    位置に位置決めする位置決め手段が設けられ、 前記昇降手段は、位置決めされた生素地を上方
    所定位置へ持ち上げるよう形成され、しかも回転
    された生素地を位置決め手段より下流側で受け取
    るよう形成され、 前記吸着回転手段は、生素地を吸着し回転させ
    ながら位置決め手段より下流側へ移動した後、昇
    降手段へ受け渡すよう形成されたことを特徴とす
    る内装タイル用生素地の回転装置。
