Claims (1)
- 内輪と外輪との間にボールを配設し、内外輪の
左右の環状空間部をマグネツトリングに保持され
る磁性流体を用いてシールを行なうシールベアリ
ングにおいて、上記ボールと上記磁性流体との間
に取り付けられる円環状のシール板及び両極たる
両側面に磁性体の薄膜を有するマグネツトリング
に樹脂膜を形成し、かつシール板外側面には樹脂
膜の凸部及び凹部を、マグネツトリング内側面に
は前記シール板外側面の凸部にて溝を生じ、凹部
にて突出するように樹脂膜の凸部及び凹部を形成
してなるシールベアリング。
