As described above, in this embodiment, a plurality of V-belt sections 11 are provided on the inner circumferential surface 10a of the belt main body 10.
By providing this, a frictional force for driving the present magnetic belt E is obtained, so that the shape of each V-belt portion 11 can be reduced in size. As a result, not only can a large tractive force be secured, but also the bending rigidity of the magnetic belt E can be reduced, making it possible to reduce the diameter of the pulley F. Furthermore, the heat generation of the belt during driving can be reduced, making it durable. can significantly improve performance.

The magnetic belt is composed of a magnetic belt, pulleys abutted on both inner ends of the magnetic belt, and an idler abutted on the inner side of the magnetic belt at intervals between the pulleys, and the magnetic belt includes:
A reinforcing layer is embedded inside the belt body, and a plurality of V-belt parts are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the belt body. On the outer circumferential surface of the belt body, magnetic members are arranged in the width direction at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the belt body, and Each of the magnetic members is configured by forming an embedded portion in the belt main body, and the pulley and idler have an outer circumferential surface on each side thereof that corresponds to the embedded portion of the embedded portion of each magnetic member in the belt main body. A magnetic belt conveyor unit characterized by being configured so that it does not come into contact with an inner circumferential surface.
