の一実施例に係る分解斜視図、第２図は同実施例
における電気絶縁板の要部拡大平面図、第３図は
従来例を示す断面図である。 図中、１０は外装金属ケース、１１はセル、１
２はスリーブ、１３は電極ユニツト、１４は第１
の電極板、１５は第２の電極板、１４ａ，１５ａ
はリード端子、１６は電気絶縁板、１７はリード
端子挿通穴、１８は突起である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有底円筒状の外装金属ケース内に電気容量
素子である所定数のコイン状セルを挿入するとと
もに、上記外装金属ケースの開口部より外側に突
出するリード端子をそれぞれ有する第１および第
２の電極板を電気絶縁板を挟んで重ね合わせた電
極ユニツトをその第１の電極板が上記セルに電気
的に接触するように上記外装金属ケースの開口部
内に配置し、上記外装金属ケースの開口部を内側
に向けてかしめてその端縁を上記第２の電極板に
機械的かつ電気的に接合してなる電気二重層コン
デンサにおいて、 上記電気絶縁板に上記第１の電極板のリード端
子が摩擦力をもつて嵌合されるリード端子挿通穴
を形成し、その摩擦力にて上記電気絶縁板に対し
て上記第１の電極板を保持させることを特徴とす
る電気二重層コンデンサ。 (2) 上記第２の電極板の所定部位に溝を形成す
るとともに、上記電気絶縁板に上記溝内に嵌合す
る隆起部を設け、かつ、同隆起部の側壁上部に上
記溝の上縁に係合する弾性変形可能な抜け止め用
の突置を形成してなる請求項１記載の電気二重層
コンデンサ。
