採取金型の縦断面図、第２図はサンプル室型とそ
の中に充填凝固した試料を示す断面図、第３図は
導出路及び流入路の他の配置例を示す縦断面図、
第４図は採取金型を紙管に取付けた状態を示す縦
断面図、第５図は試料と一体となつたサンプル室
型を分析器でチツクした状態を示す部分概略構成
図である。第６図乃至１０図はそれぞれ従来例を
示す断面図、第１１図は第９図に示す従来例によ
り採取した試料をチヤツクした状態を示す部分概
略構成図である。 １：溶融金属試料採取金型、２：サンプル室型
、３：上型、４：下型、５：サンプル室、６：流
入路、９：導出路、１２：試料。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溶融金属の分析用試料を採取するための金
型において、一端が開口した試料が充填されるた
めのサンプル室と、該サンプル室に連通した流入
路とを有するサンプル室型と、前記流入路に接続
される導入路を有する上型と、前記サンプル室の
開口を閉じて前記試料の分析面を形成するための
平面を有する下型とからなり、前記サンプル室は
該サンプル室に充填され凝固した試料の前記開口
からの脱落を防止するための係止部を備え、前記
流入路の前記導入路に接続される開口端は前記導
入路の開口端より径小とされている、溶融金属試
料採取金型。 (2) 前記係止部は、前記サンプル室の側壁に形
成された、前記開口に向つて径小となるテーパ部
により構成される、請求項１に記載の溶融金属試
料採取金型。
