レキシブル基板と、略枠状の絶縁材からなるケー
スと、このケース内に配置された表裏面に電極を
有する素子本体とから構成され、前記二つの導電
部にそれぞれ少なくとも一方が弾性を有する接触
端子を固定し、前記フレキシブル基板を略中央部
分で折り返して前記ケースを挾み込んだ状態で固
定することにより、前記素子本体の表裏面を前記
二つの接触端子で圧着保持したことを特徴とする
