は他の実施例による流量制御弁の要部断面図、第
４図は更に別の実施例による流量制御弁の要部断
面図、第５図は従来の電磁弁を示す断面図、第６
図は先願の弁構造体を示す断面図である。 図において、４は二次側流路、８は主弁、１３
ａ，１３ｂは戻しバネ、１４は弁駆動手段、１５
ａは二次圧力導入室、１７はダイアフラム、２３
は安全用リーク弁である。なお、図中、同一符号
は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 流体流路を開閉制御する主弁と、この主弁に追
従動作するダイアフラムと、このダイアフラムに
よつて上記主弁の一次圧作用側に仕切り形成され
た二次圧力導入室と、上記主弁に組込まれ、該主
弁の二次側流路に対して前記二次圧力導入室を開
閉する安全用リーク弁と、この安全用リーク弁を
上記主弁の閉弁状態で所定ストローク開動させた
後、上記主弁を関連開動させる弁駆動手段と、上
記主弁および上記安全用リーク弁のそれぞれを閉
弁方向に個々に付勢する戻しバネとを備えた流量
制御弁。
