    ３倍以下で、かつ、それらの夫々の高さのうち最
    小なものと同一ないしその三分の二以上の範囲に
    ある請求項第１項記載の枠。 (4) 栓を伴う開口部を持つ請求項第１項または
    第３項記載の透明な培養器本体の一部。
