- 中心部に円孔を有するドーナツ型基板の支持具
において、等間隔の溝部を備え側板間に横設する
上下調整自在な複数の固定竿と、該固定竿と同一
間隔の溝部を有し前記側板に挿脱自在な支持竿と
、該支持竿と前記複数の固定竿で前記基板の円孔
および外周の端部を支持することを特徴とするド
