Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (イ) 箱型の架台７の上面左右にレール９をとり
つける。 (ロ) パイプ状の直棒３数本を平行に並んで組み
込んだ簀子状の切り出し板５の左右四隅に車輪４
をとりつけ、該車輪４を架台５のレール９上に乗
せて油圧装置で前後方向に駆動させられる構造と
する。 (ハ) 簀子状の切り出し板５の上部に保温材２で
覆つた截頭角錐型醗酵槽１を設け、該醗酵槽１と
架台７とを接合材１０で固定するとともに、簀子
状の切り出し板５が架台７と醗酵槽１との間で前
後方向に駆動させることのできる構造とする。 (ニ) 醗酵槽１の外壁を保温材２で覆つて保温す
る。 以上のごとく構成された縦型醗酵装置。
