造工程内に、糸状物の引き取り装置の引き取り速
度を調節する引き取り速度制御装置と、該引き取
り装置より引き取る糸状物の径を連続的に測定す
る糸径測定装置と、あらかじめ製造しようとする
糸状物の目標径と許容偏差、目標径と仮想引き取
り中の糸条の糸径との差が許容偏差を越えた際に
該許容偏差値を越えた値に対応する引き取り装置
の引き取り速度の変動量を入力した演算処理部を
有し、かつ、糸径測定装置より糸条の測定径を入
力し測定糸条径と目標糸条径とを演算処理部で比
較演算し、測定糸条径と目標糸条径との間に許容
偏差値以上の差が生じた場合にのみ演算処理部に
記憶せしめた許容偏差値以上の差に対応する引き
取り速度変更指示を引き取り速度制御装置に対し
て出力する引き取り速度変更指示部とを備えてい
