- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 センサ基板１に設けた画素電極列３，３，…上
に光導電層４および透明共通電極５を順次積層し
て複数の光電変換素子６，６，…が列設されると
ともに、その光電変換素子列６，６，…に原稿読
取面の画像を結像する光軸列を有する光学系と組
合せて使用される密着型イメージセンサにおいて
、 前記光電変換素子列６，６…と前記光学系の光
軸列とが光軸方向に重なつた位置とずれた位置と
で出力レベル差が生じるような形状の位置決め用
光電変換部６１〜６８を前記光電変換素子列６，
６，…の両端部に設けたことを特徴とする密着型
イメージセンサ。
