つて薄くなるようにテーパー状に形成してなると
ともに、該支持板の剛性の低下を防止するように
上記テーパー部分以外の部分の板厚を厚く形成し
てなることを特徴とする自己走査型露光装置。 2 支持板上に主走査方向にアレイ配列されてな
