５と台枠１の短尺辺片側とに設けた接手８にター
ンバツクル４を接合させる、また、油圧ポンプ６
の裏側の油タンク２の下側と、凹部１ａに対峙す
る長尺辺との両方に接手８を取りつけ、ターンバ
ツクル９で接合する、円筒体５に固定柱１０を嵌
押させその末端に十字形の土台１１を形成し、そ
れぞれの足先端に自在キヤスター１２を取りつけ
