Conventionally, double-layered glass bodies are often used for display cases for displaying refrigerated or frozen products. That is, double-glazed glass is used to construct windows or doors that can be opened and closed. However, when used in areas with temperature differences, condensation often occurs on the double-glazed glass body.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a conventional example of a door constructed using a double-glazed glass body, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken from the negative side of FIG. 1. In the illustrated door, a plurality of glass plates 1 and 2 are arranged in parallel relationship with each other. A spacer 5 is provided between the glass plates 1 and 2.
is provided on the inside, and a sealing material 6 is provided on the outside.
A space 8 is formed between the plurality of glass plates 1 and 2 inside the spacer 5 . A frame body 7 that surrounds and fixes the plurality of glass plates 1 and 2 is attached to the outer periphery of the glass plates 1 and 2. The space 8 is filled with gas, and the sealing material 6 seals the gas. The spacer 5 contains a desiccant 9. A cord-shaped heater 3 is disposed between the inner surface of the frame 7 and the sealing material 6. Further, a handle 4 is provided on one side of the frame 7 to form a door shape. The cord-shaped heater 3 generates heat when energized, and prevents dew condensation on various parts in the vicinity thereof.

However, since the glass plate 1, spacer 5, and space 8 are located apart from the cord-shaped heater 3, heat transfer is poor, and the glass plate 1 and spacer 5 often have a dew point. Furthermore, when the frame body 7 is made of a resin material, the heat conductivity of the frame body 7 itself is poor, and the contact surface between the cord heater 3 and the frame body 7 is small, so that moisture in the condensed air is absorbed into the frame body. The dew point will be tied to the 7th surface.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of a double-glazed glass body according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, this double-glazed glass body includes a plurality of parallel glass plates 10 and 11 spaced apart from each other, here two glass plates 10 and 11.
Between these glass plates 10 and 11, there is a heat conductive plate 12 in contact with one glass plate 10, a spacer 13 sandwiched between this heat conductive plate 12 and the other glass plate 11, and this spacer. A sealing material 14 disposed on the outside of 13 is provided. As a result,
The thermal conductor 12 is in contact with and interposed between the spacer 13 and the glass plate 10 and between the sealing material 14 and the glass plate 10. Inside the spacer 13, a space 15 is formed between the glass plates 10 and 11. Further, a frame 16 is provided around the outer periphery of the two glass plates 10 and 11 to surround and fix them.

The spacer 13 contains a desiccant 18. The space 15 is filled with gas. Further, it is desirable to use a metal material with excellent corrosion resistance such as stainless steel or aluminum for the outer shell portion of the spacer 13. In the illustrated embodiment, a stepped portion 20 is formed on the spacer 13, the heat conductive plate 12 is shaped to follow the stepped portion 20, and a cord-shaped heater 17 is attached to the surface of the thermal conductive plate 12 on the stepped portion 20. And this is pressed against one glass plate 10. The cord-shaped heater 17 is a heater wire coated with an electrically insulating coating such as vinyl chloride resin or silicone resin, has waterproof properties, and can also be used when formed into a band shape.

The heat conduction plate 12 is made of a metal plate or metal foil plate with good heat conduction, and is extended to the outside of the sealing material 14 and comes into contact with the inner surface of the frame 16. It plays the role of transmitting the heat to the frame body 16.

Now, when the cord-shaped heater 17 is energized and generates heat, the gas in the space 15 is heated and at the same time,
Heat is efficiently transferred to the spacer 13, one glass plate 10, and the frame 16 by the heat conduction plate 12,
Therefore, they are also heated effectively. The other glass plate 11 is also heated by the heating of the gas.

As explained above using the embodiments, according to the double-glazed glass body of the present invention, it goes without saying that the spacer between the plurality of glass plates is heated and dew formation is prevented. The heat is transmitted through the heat conduction plate to the parts of the glass plate and frame where dew easily forms, preventing dew from forming on those parts, and furthermore, by heating the central space, the glass plate It also has an overall effect of preventing dew.
