Claims (1)
- ターンテーブルの外側に立てられた円筒形の被
加工物の内面に沿い上記ターンテーブルの回転に
より所定の距離づつ移動を行うコラムと、該コラ
ムを上下方向に移動するとともにアームを介して
バフがエアシリンダーにより上記被加工物の内面
に押し付けられて加工を行う研磨研削機構とを備
えてなることを特徴とする研磨研削装置。
