  1. 発熱量の監視対象に貼着される絶縁シートと、
    この絶縁シート上に固着され、絶縁シートを介し
    て伝わる熱により生ずる熱起電力を、一対の端子
    を介して出力する熱電対からなるサーモセンサ。
