  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電子回路１１の検査点１１ａに接触させて
    導通検査を行うためのコンタクトピンにおいて、 前記検査点に接触するための接点１２を備えた
    導電性のＬ字状の弾性部材８，８Ａ，８Ｂと、該
    弾性部材を支持する導電性の支持部材１０とを備
    えたことを特徴とするコンタクトピン。 (2) 電子部品１１の端子１１ａに接触するため
    の接点１２を備えた導電性のＬ字状の弾性部材８
    と、該弾性部材を支持する導電性の支持部材１０
    と、該支持部材を抜き差し自在に保持する導電性
    の保持部材１５を有し、かつ前記保持部材に電気
    的に結合された入出力接栓１６，１７が設けられ
    たケース本体１３とを備えたことを特徴とする測
    定治具。
