Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 強磁性材料からなる有底中空円筒状の外周
ヨーク内に、強磁性材料からなる円筒状のセンタ
ーヨークを前記外周ヨークと磁気的に結合して配
設し、前記外周ヨークの開放端部内周面に中空円
筒状の永久磁石を固着し、この永久磁石と前記セ
ンターヨークとの間隙に可動コイルを軸方向移動
自在に配設してなるボイスコイル型リニアモータ
において、前記センターヨークの開放端外周面に
中空円筒状の他の永久磁石を前記永久磁石と異極
を対向させて固着し、これらの永久磁石を各々ラ
ジアル異方性を有しかつ少なくとも円周方向に一
体化したＲ―Ｆｅ―Ｂ（ＲはＮｄ，Ｐｒ，Ｄｙ等
の希土類元素の１種以上）系磁石で形成すると共
に、これらの永久磁石の表面に非磁性かつ導電性
を有する材料からなる保護部材を固着したことを
特徴とするボイスコイル型リニアモータ。 (2) 外周ヨークの開放端部内周面に固着する永
久磁石を半径方向に複数個積層して形成した請求
