- 建物下部と基礎とが非結合構造にされるととも
に、前記建物下部と基礎との間に積層ゴムが配設
されてなる免震装置において、前記建物下部と基
礎との間に磁力によつて互いに垂直方向に反発す
る磁気反発ユニツトを配設したことを特徴とする
免震装置。
