Claims (1)
ヨークの中心に設けられた固定子と、該固定子に

る第1のポートと、前記第2の室を圧力調整弁へ
連通させる第2のポートと、前記第3の室を大気
へ開放させる第3のポートと、前記第4の室を圧
力調整弁へ連通させる第4のポートと、前記第5
の室を吸気管に連通させる第5のポートと、前記
第1の室と第2の室との連通を開閉する前記シヤ
フトに設けられた第1の弁と、前記第2の室と第
3の室との連通を開閉する前記シヤフトに設けら
れた第2の弁と、前記第3の室と第4の室との連
通を開閉する前記シヤフトに設けられた第3の弁
と、前記第4の室と第5の室の連通を開閉する前
記シヤフトに設けられた第4の弁と、からなり、
前記各弁がシヤフトと共に連動して前記第1の弁
と第3の弁とが閉鎖した状態で前記第2の弁と第
4の弁とが開放され、前記第1の弁と第3の弁と
