オンと、この第2のピニオンに同軸的に固定され
るとともに前記第1の操作つまみと軸受の軸方向
に所定間隔を置いて直列に配置され第2のピニオ
ンを回転駆動する第2の操作つまみと、前記第1
の操作つまみと第2の操作つまみとの間において
前記軸受に螺合されるとともに軸受に沿つた回転
操作に伴い軸受の軸方向に進退して前記第1の操
作つまみあるいは第2の操作つまみに選択的に押
