Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一定の電流を出力する定電流回路と、 制御電圧を入力とし、出力として得られる電流
により前記定電流回路の出力電流を制御する電圧
電流変換回路と、 前記定電流回路の出力端と前記電圧電流変換回
路の入力端との間に接続され、前記定電流回路の
出力端電圧が前記制御電圧より低下するのに合わ
せて当該制御電圧をも低下せしめるべく応動する
出力電流制限回路と を具備することを特徴とする定電流電源回路。 (2) 出力電流制限回路は、前記定電流回路の出
力端電圧が前記制御電圧より低下した時に、前記
電圧電流変換回路の入力端から前記定電流回路の
出力端に前記出力端電圧と前記制御電圧との電圧
差に応じた電流を通じるダイオードと、該ダイオ
ードを通じる電流に応じて前記電圧電流変換回路
の入力端に電圧降下を生じせしめる抵抗とから成
ることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の定電流電源
回路。
