Claims (1)
- 機関の吸気マニホールドもしくは吸気孔に装着
され、高周波発振器及び電歪素子により起振され
る超音波振動子により供給燃料を微細化する燃料
供給装置において、上端に付加マス取付用ボルト
穴を有する複数個の超音波振動子を振動節部付近
に設けたフランジ部を介して弾性支持し、高周波
発振器と各超音波振動子の電歪素子とを可変抵抗
を介して接続したことを特徴とする超音波微粒化
装置。
