- 負圧状態を保持するチヤンバーを排気するため
のロータリーポンプにおいて、前記ロータリーポ
ンプのオイル補給用リザーブタンクと、ロータリ
ポンプ内劣化オイル排出用レシーブタンクと、前
記おのおののタンクと前記ロータリーポンプ間に
オイルポンプを設け、前記ロータリーポンプのオ
イル排出および給油を自動化したことを特徴とす
るロータリーポンプオイル自動交換装置。
