前記加圧機構は前記サーマルヘツドが取付けられ
て基部が回動可能に支持されているヘツド保持部
材と、該ヘツド保持部材の先端を前記プラテンロ
ーラより離間する方向に支持する弾性部材と、所
定のカム溝が設けられてモータにて回転駆動され
るカムと、前記カム溝に沿つて従動して軸に回動
力を付与する従動部材と、該軸に基端が固定され
、その回動で先端により前記ヘツド保持部材の先
端を弾性的に押圧し、前記サーマルヘツドを前記
プラテンローラに圧着する板ばねとを含むことを
