。[Background of the Invention] Immediately after the printing process of industrially produced long textiles, the printing paste attached to the surface of the processed fabric or the backing layer attached to the back side of the fabric is used. A cleaning process is required to remove impurities such as glue. A conventional cleaning device used in this cleaning process includes, for example, a cleaning tank 21 filled with and supplied with cleaning water (dry water) 20, as shown in FIG.
(hereinafter referred to as a conventional type), the fabric 23 to be washed after the printing process is guided by the guide rolls and immersed in the liquid. Since the cleaning method relies on a simple method of contact with cleaning water that involves repeated immersion in water, the cleaning efficiency in multiple tanks is low, and therefore it is necessary to install multiple cleaning tanks in advance, It is inevitable that a large amount of fresh water will be consumed as it is necessary to sequentially supply a large amount of fresh water to the washing tank. For example, the amount of fresh water used for washing after printing 1 kg of fabric (cotton fabric) is approximately 2.57 ON/H was consumed.

A chamber 25, a guide roll 2 disposed within the rigid chamber 25 for transporting the fabric 26 to be washed in a meandering manner from below to upward, and a guide roller 2 disposed within the liquid tank 24 for transporting the fabric 26 to be washed in a meandering manner.

There is also a cleaning device that has a water supply pipe 29 for showering cleaning water from the ceiling of the vertical room 25 toward the fabric 26.

However, even with these cleaning devices, the intended cleaning could not be achieved unless a large amount of clean water was consumed. However, due to the current shortage of water resources, efforts are being made to save washing water when washing fabrics or to reduce the equipment costs of washing equipment. Moreover, the equipment cost increases due to the installation of multiple cleaning tanks, so a large amount of equipment cost and a large amount of water resources are consumed as usual.

In order to reduce the amount of water consumed and to perform cleaning effectively in a short period of time, cleaning water is applied to the fabric introduced into the cleaning chamber to remove the rope and impurities attached to the fabric. The fabric is swollen and the swollen rope material and impurities are forcibly removed by brushing, thereby effectively cleaning the fabric after printing while saving water resources. The purpose is to provide a continuous cleaning device.

Next, to describe its operation, the fabric 1, which has printing paste adhered to the front surface and grounding paste adhered to the back surface, is guided by the guide roll 3. While meandering in the vertical direction, the cloth is repeatedly sprayed with cleaning water from the nozzle 4, thereby inflating the shelf material attached to the front and back of the cloth. - The thus expanded shelf material is brushed with the brush 5,
The cloth is forcibly dropped from the surface of the cloth, and then the cloth is cleaned by receiving the force of spraying purified water from the nozzle 4 again.

This has the advantage that it can be done quickly and reliably. Furthermore, in this cleaning device, the cleaning water is self-circulated and reused repeatedly, and only when the cleaning water becomes extremely polluted, the turbidity sensor works to supply a certain amount of clean water. As a result of measuring the amount of water used by the cleaning device according to this example under the same conditions as the conventional and water-saving types, the amount of water used was approximately 0.37 ON/H.
As a result, the amount of fresh water used can be significantly reduced, and the shelf material of printed fabrics can be cleaned effectively while saving water resources.

In a cleaning device that alternately transfers water from air to liquid, the cleaning device includes a group of nozzles that spray cleaning water onto both sides of the fabric that is being conveyed in a meandering manner, and respective brush rolls that brush both sides of the fabric. , a self-circulation circuit for injecting water in the washing tank from the nozzle group; and a self-circulation circuit for detecting the degree of contamination of the water in the washing tank, and supplying clean water to the self-circulation circuit if the degree of contamination is equal to or higher than a standard value. This is a continuous fabric washing device characterized by having a contamination level sensor for adding water and a fresh water supply control means.
