と上記水コイル形熱交換器の水入口側とから分岐
し、上記制水弁並びに上記凝縮器を側路するバイ
パス回路、及び上記冷媒回路の冷却器による冷房
運転時には閉路し、上記水コイル形熱交換器によ
る水冷房運転時には閉路する電動弁を上記バイパ
