Claims (1)
- 傾斜させ１３°Ｃ±５°Ｃの水を継続的に流す
樋を設け、該樋の下流部に交換自在の堰を設け、
該堰の上流の樋には上記水に浸したワサビの根茎
の姿勢を保持し水の通過が自在な隔壁を間隔をお
いて複数個設けたことを特徴とするワサビの品質
改良装置。
