図は従来の樹脂漏れ検出装置の第２図に対応する
断面図である。 ３…固定金型、７…可動金型、８…ノズル、８
ｄ…射出口、１４…漏れ樹脂受け部、１５…樹脂
逃し孔、１８…揺動片、１９…リミツトスイツチ
（検出手段）、２０…表示装置（検出手段）。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定金型３に対して可動金型７が上下方向に開
閉可能とされるとともに、前記固定金型３にノズ
ル８の先端部が圧接されてこのノズル８から前記
両金型３，７間のキヤビテイ内に樹脂が射出され
るようになつている射出成形機において、 前記ノズル８には、その射出口８ｄの周囲に漏
れ樹脂受け部１４が設けられているとともに、こ
の漏れ樹脂受け部１４内の漏れ樹脂を前記ノズル
８の外部に流出させる樹脂逃し口１５が設けられ
、さらに前記ノズル８の側方には、前記樹脂逃し
口１５から流出する漏れ樹脂を受けたとき作動す
る揺動片１８が配設されるとともにこの揺動片１
８の作動を検出する検出手段１９，２０が配設さ
れていることを特徴とする射出成形機における樹
脂漏れ検出装置。
