- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透液性トツプシートと、不透液性バツクシ
ートと、該両シート間に介在させた吸収性コアと
からオムツ本体が構成され、前記オムツ本体の背
側腰囲りの両側部に取り付けられた粘着テープの
自由端の接着および剥離が繰り返されることがで
きるように、前記オムツ本体の前側腰囲りの前記
バツクシートの外面に固着された補強片を有する
使い捨てオムツであつて、 前記補強片の前記バツクシートへの前記固着は
、少なくとも該補強片の横方向両外側縁を残して
ホツトメルト型接着剤によりなされていることを
