- 一対の耐熱ガラス基体のそれぞれ一面にセラミ
ツクス層を形成し、この一対の耐熱ガラス基体を
セラミツクス層を対向させて配置し、かつこれら
の間に熱源を配置し、耐熱ガラス基体のセラミツ
クス層と反対側の面を放射面としたことを特徴と
する遠赤外線ヒーター。
