DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a kaolin-containing solid soap composition that has good foaming properties, shows high white discoloration even after aging, and has excellent fragrance persistence.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, bar soaps have been manufactured using natural oils and fatty acids as basic raw materials. The main component of the fatty acid is a straight chain saturated fatty acid having 10 or more carbon atoms, and a relatively lower fatty acid is used in combination to improve foaming. However, since relatively low-grade fatty acids have skin irritation, there is a limit to the amount that can be added, and the improvement in foaming properties is inevitably limited.

Therefore, attempts have been made to improve foaming properties without irritating the skin, and one such method is to mix kaolin powder (Japanese Patent Application No. 148190/1982). this,
Soap containing kaolin has excellent foaming properties.

However, this kaolin-containing solid soap composition not only has the disadvantage that the soap component discolors over time, but also has the disadvantage that the fragrance of the added fragrance does not last. This is thought to be because kaolin acts as a catalyst and discolors soap and fragrance ingredients.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention overcomes these drawbacks and provides a soap that has good foaming properties during use, is highly resistant to whitening over time, and has an excellent long-lasting fragrance. The purpose of this invention is to provide a kaolin-containing surface soap composition.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a result of intensive research to develop a high-quality kaolin-containing surface soap, the present inventors prepared a solid soap by mixing kaolin and a specific fragrance in advance. It has been discovered that by blending a predetermined amount of additional ingredients, a solid soap with good foaming properties and long-lasting fragrance can be obtained that does not change color over time, and based on this knowledge, the present invention has been completed.

The present invention provides a solid soap composition in which additive components prepared in advance by mixing in a ratio within the range of G are blended into a solid soap main ingredient at a ratio of 3 to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. .

Next, as component (b) of the present invention, it is necessary to use a fragrance component that is insoluble in a 60% (V/V) ethanol aqueous solution. By blending such a perfume component with low solubility in combination with the above-mentioned kaolin, it is possible to suppress the white charcoal deterioration of the soap caused by the perfume component.

In the present invention, kaolin (a) and fragrance component (b) are mixed in a weight ratio (a/b) of 99/1 to 60/4.
It is necessary to use it at a ratio of 0. If the amount of the fragrance ingredient is less than this, the flavoring effect will be insufficient, and if the amount of the fragrance ingredient is greater than this, it will be difficult to prevent discoloration.

When kaolin (a) and fragrance ingredient (b) are added separately in this way, the soap discolors, but it is not necessarily clear why discoloration does not occur when they are mixed together and then added. This is probably because when kaolin and fragrance ingredients are mixed, some kind of interaction occurs and both are stabilized.

The additive components consisting of kaolin (a) and fragrance component (b) need to be blended into the solid soap base in a proportion of 3 to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. If this proportion is less than 3% by weight, no foaming effect can be obtained and no improvement in whitening of the soap can be observed. Moreover, if this proportion exceeds 60% by weight, the soap will be cracked and its stability will be impaired.
