- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高圧容器１内に加熱装置５を備えた加圧装置に
おいて、 前記加熱装置５は内側発熱体６及び内側断熱層
７と外側断熱層８を備え、該外側断熱層８が着脱
可能とされ、かつ外側断熱層８は、その内側に外
側発熱体９を備えた外側断熱層８Ａと、発熱体を
備えていない外側断熱層８Ｂの２種から成り予備
加熱と高温加熱に使い分け得るようにしたことを
特徴とする熱間等方圧加圧装置。
