Claims (1)
- 素材チユーブに内圧を加える加圧装置、一対の
形状記憶合金製のエンドレスベルトを前記素材チ
ユーブに添わせて略等速で並走して周回させるた
めの一対のガイドロール、内部を通過する該素材
チユーブをその軟化温度以上溶融温度以下に加熱
すると共に該素材チユーブに添つてガイドロール
の間を略等速で並走して周回する平時は平板形状
で所定の温度に加熱されると半円筒状になるよう
に形状記憶させた前記一対のエンドレスベルトを
形状記憶温度以上に加熱する補助加熱装置、４本
のつづみ状の整形ロールを井桁状に組み合わせて
なる第一整形装置、内部を通過する該素材チユー
ブをその軟化温度以上溶融温度以下に加熱すると
ともに該素材チユーブに添つてガイドロールの間
を略等速で並走して周回する平時は平板形状で所
定の温度に加熱されると半円筒状になるように形
状記憶させた前記一対のエンドレスベルトを形状
記憶温度以上に加熱する主加熱装置、４本のつづ
み状の整形ロールを井桁状に組合わせて構成して
なる第二整形装置、内圧及び加熱により膨張した
素材チユーブと加熱により半円筒状となつた前記
一対のエンドレスベルトを形状記憶温度以下に冷
却する冷却装置、４本のつづみ状の整形ロールを
井桁状に組合わせて構成してなる第三整形装置、
前記一対のエンドレスベルトを前記素材チユーブ
に添わせて略等速で並走して周回させるための一
対のガイドロール、拡径された素材チユーブを巻
取る巻取装置を順次連ねてなることを特徴とする
熱回復性チユーブの成形装置。
