Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ゲート信号に基づき入力側と出力側との接続を
開閉する開閉素子１２と、該開閉素子１２の開閉
動作を指示する制御信号に基づき、該開閉素子１
２に対する該ゲート信号を送出するトリガ回路１
１からなるソリツドステートリレーにおいて、 該開閉素子１２の出力を検出して検出信号を送
出する検出手段１３と、 該検出手段１３の送出する検出信号と該トリガ
回路１１が送出するゲート信号との排他的論理和
をとる排他的論理和手段１４とを設け、 該トリガ回路１１がゲート信号を送出した時に
該開閉素子１２が出力を送出した場合と、該トリ
ガ回路１１がゲート信号の送出を停止した時に該
開閉素子１２が出力の送出を停止した場合は正常
であることを示し、該トリガ回路１１がゲート信
号の送出を停止している時に該開閉素子１２が出
力を送出している場合と、該トリガ回路１１がゲ
ート信号を送出した時に該開閉素子１２が出力の
送出を停止している場合に異常であることを示す
ように構成したことを特徴とする障害検出回路付
きソリツドステートリレー。
