形状隔壁、４：開口部、５：ノズル、６：Ｘ線透
過フイルム。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｘ線分析用のサンプルを配置するためのサンプ
    ル配置箇所を有する基板、 その基板の上面のサンプルの配置箇所を挟むよ
    うに、互いに平行に直立して設置されている一対
    の半円板状隔壁、 前記一対の半円板状隔壁にそれぞれ開口されて
    いるパージガス流通用の開口部、 および、前記の一対の半円板状隔壁の外側に向
    かつて、前記開口部と連通して、半円板状隔壁に
    それぞれ固定して設けられているパージガス流通
    用のノズル、 さらに、一対の半円板状隔壁の半円周縁部に沿
    つて、前記基板と一対の半円板状隔壁とで囲まれ
    た空間を密封状態とするように、半円板状隔壁に
    固着されているＸ線透過フイルムからなることを
    特徴とするＸ線分析用のサンプルホルダー。
