理を行なってあらかじめ算出した角度に対する濃度分布
を記憶させておく標準パターン記憶回路と、前記記憶さ
せた対象パターン記憶回路の出力値および標準パターン
記憶回路の出力値を用いて相互相関関数を算出する相互
相関算出回路と、前記算出した相互相関関数の最大値を
与える位置より傾きを算出する傾き算出回路とを含むこ
