A tile panel is a construction material made by arranging a large number of tiles at narrow joint intervals on the surface of a plate-like body such as a plywood board, and pasting the tiles with an adhesive or the like. Since tile panels are semi-permanently fixed to a sturdy frame, the nails used for construction are high in strength and have relatively long shafts. In addition, the nails are driven into the joint grooves of the tile panels, and in addition to exhibiting a reliable fixing force,
In order to prevent the nail head from protruding outside the joint groove, the planar shape of the nail head is generally rectangular, narrower and slightly longer than the joint spacing. Needless to say, since the shaft of the nail is perpendicular to the head of the nail, the nail has a T-shape when viewed from the front. In this specification, a T-shaped nail refers to a T-shaped nail with high strength and a long shaft, and the T-shaped nail has a structure that extends from the surface of the tile panel through its base. deeply enough for
Moreover, it is required to be driven in reliably without even the slightest deviation.

However, with this type of hitting method, it is not easy to drive the T-shaped nail vertically, and it is not easy to hit the hammer accurately on the head of the T-shaped nail unless one is an expert. Particularly difficult is driving the T-shaped nail head precisely along the inside of the joint groove. This is because the heads of T-shaped nails for fixing tile panels are horizontally elongated, so unless the impact force of the hammer is applied to the head in a very straight and accurate manner, rotational moment will act on the nail shaft. This is because the head of the nail protrudes from the groove. When the nail heads protrude from the grooves, not only does it become difficult to fix the tile panel, but it also often causes damage to the tile.

The one described in Japanese Patent No. 54-162987 is known. The nailing machine described in this publication is used to attach tile units to an external formwork made of plywood, etc., until the poured concrete has cured and hardened when performing the exterior tile pre-installation method, which is a type of wet construction method. It is used for temporary attachment. Furthermore, the tile unit is made up of arrayed tiles connected together using thin pieces such as mount paper or PVC film, and is removed after the concrete has hardened. Therefore, thin nails with small heads or weak staples are used to temporarily attach tile units to the outer formwork.
It goes without saying that the nailing machine in the above publication, which targets thin nails and staples used under such temporary fixing conditions, does not meet the above requirements when semi-permanently fixing a tile panel to a building frame. stomach.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned prior art and for the purpose of solving the problems thereof.
The solution is a nailing tool that is used to semi-permanently fix tile panels to the building frame using T-shaped nails when constructing interior tile walls using the dry method. The second half of the nail loading cylinder is made up of a combination of a nail loading cylinder that guides the driving, and a striking rod that is inserted into the cylindrical hole of the nail loading cylinder and transmits the impact force against the T-shaped nail. A cylindrical hole with a rectangular cross section is bored in the area, and a nail guide groove and a nail passage hole for guiding a T-shaped nail are formed in the front half of the nail loading cylindrical body, and are continuous with the cylindrical hole. The nail guide groove is drilled with a driving stroke of at least two and a half times the length of the nail, and the nail guide groove has an angular cross section similar to the cylindrical hole, and is tapered toward the tip. is formed to have a rectangular cross section to fit the head of the T-shaped nail, and an insertion part that faces both ends of the longitudinal opening and is inserted into the joint groove of the tile panel is arranged at the tip of the nail through hole. The striking rod protrudes beyond the thickness of the tile, and the rod body of the striking rod has an angular cross-section and a tapered portion so as to fit and be inserted into the cylindrical hole and nail guide groove of the nail insertion cylinder. The tip of the rod body is formed to have a rectangular cross section to fit the nail through hole and the head of the T-shaped nail so that the tip itself is inserted into the nail through hole of the nail insertion cylinder. The striking rod has a handle at the rear end of the rod body which allows the rod body and the striking point to slide in the cylindrical hole and the nail passage hole of the nail loading cylinder and receives a striking force from a hammer or the like. A head is provided,
When the striking rod is inserted into the nail insertion cylinder and is driven the most, the driving end surface of the impact rod is pulled out by the thickness of the head of the T-shaped nail than the end surface of the tip end of the nail insertion cylinder. It is designed so that it stops in a deep position.

の強度や耐久性を損なうことはない。 According to the solution means of the present invention, the cylindrical hole drilled in the nail loading cylinder and the nail guide groove continuous thereto are formed with an angular cross section, and in particular, the nail guide groove is formed to be tapered, and The nail passage hole drilled in the tip region of the nail loading cylinder is formed to have a rectangular cross section to fit the head of the T-shaped nail, while the rod body of the striking rod is formed through the cylindrical hole of the nail loading cylinder and It is formed to have a square cross section so as to fit and be inserted into the nail guide groove, and furthermore, the tip of the rod body is provided with a driving tip portion having a rectangular cross section that fits the nail passage hole and the head of the T-shaped nail. Therefore, the striking force of the striking rod acts directly on the T-shaped nail loaded in the nail loading cylinder. In addition, the stroke of the nail guide groove and nail passage provided in the nail insertion cylinder is at least two and a half times the length of the T-shaped nail.
The striking force of the striking rod against the shaped nail acts strongly. Moreover, since an insertion portion is provided at the tip of the nail passage hole in the nail insertion cylinder to be inserted into the joint groove of the tile panel, the T-shaped nail being driven will never come out of the joint groove. Therefore, according to the implementation of the present invention, when a tile panel is semi-permanently fixed to the frame of a building, even if the worker is an amateur, the T-shaped nails can be used to remove the panel from the joint groove surface of the tile panel. It penetrates the board and is reliably and powerfully driven deep into the structure without the slightest deviation. Therefore, the tile panels are firmly fixed to the building frame with semi-permanent durability, and the tiles are not damaged. Furthermore, in order to ensure the durability of a tile wall finished with tile panels, it is important to avoid damaging the panel substrate by driving in too many nails during construction. In the case of the present invention, when the striking rod is driven farthest, the striking end surface of the striking rod stops at a position that is retracted by the thickness of the T-shaped nail head from the end surface of the tip end of the nail loading cylinder. Although the head of the T-shaped nail presses against the surface of the panel substrate, it does not penetrate into the panel substrate and damage it, so the strength and durability of the panel substrate are not impaired.

It is a special type with a horizontally long rectangular shape and a relatively long axis. For this reason, the most important features of the proposed nailing tool are the front half of the nail loading cylinder 1 and the tip region of the striking rod 2. In the measures taken. In this example, the most commonly used nailing tool is shown as an example of a nailing tool according to the present invention, which is used for fixing an interior tile panel with a groove width of 2 mm. The T-shaped nail used in this case has a head width of a little less than 2 mm, a horizontal length of the head of about 7 mm, and a shaft length of about 20 mm. Of course, this example is not limited.

It is a cylindrical hole with a rectangular cross section. In the main body portion 1' of the nail insertion cylinder 1, the rear region 1d is formed thickly by the cylinder wall 13, and the front half region 1b is formed thinly by the absence of the cylinder wall 13. A cylindrical hole X' having a square cross section is bored in the rear region 1d of the main body 1', and a nail guide groove X having a square cross section continuous with the cylindrical hole X' is bored in the front half region 1b. There is. Further, a nail through hole Y is bored closer to the tip region than the nail guide groove X. Cylindrical hole
A partial cross-sectional view of the center of X', the nail guide groove X, and the nail through hole Y in the axial direction is shown in FIG. The nail guide groove X and the nail through hole Y are used to guide the T-shaped nail 3 shown in FIG. 1 when it is loaded and driven in the axial direction of the nail. In this embodiment, the nail guide groove X and the nail through hole Y
The driving stroke was set to be at least two and a half times the axial length of the T-shaped nail 3. Generally, the longer the driving stroke, the stronger the impact force acts on the nail. In the case of the present invention, since it was necessary to firmly fix the tile panel to the building frame semi-permanently, measures were taken to lengthen the striking stroke in order to ensure sufficient impact force. In addition, in order to guide the driving of the T-shaped nail 3, the cross-sectional shape of the nail through hole Y is a rectangle with a width of 2 mm and a width of 7 mm similar to the head shape of the T-shaped nail 3. is positioned at the center of the distal end surface 1'a of the nail insertion cylinder 1. When loading the T-shaped nail 3 into the nail passage hole Y, the visible portion of the nail guide groove X can be used as the loading port 5. However, the nail may be loaded from the opening 4 of the nail through hole Y. As shown in FIG. 6, the nail guide groove When the T-shaped nail 3 was tilted, the T-shaped nail 3 was made to gradually become straight as it was driven forward. Further, in that case, since the width of the hitting rod 2, which will be described later, can be made wider toward the rear, it is difficult to reinforce the hitting rod 2. Insertion parts 10 and 11 are protruded in parallel from the tip 1a of the nail insertion cylinder 1 on both sides of the opening 4 of the nail passage Y. The insertion parts 10 and 11 are as shown in FIG. 4a.
Because it is inserted into the joint groove 8 between the tiles 7, 7 in the tile panel 6, and its tip is brought into contact with the surface of the panel substrate 9 facing the bottom of the joint groove 8,
Its shape is a small plate-like piece as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, and its tip surfaces 1c and 1c are horizontally long rectangles, and its thickness is slightly smaller than the width of the joint groove 8, which is 2 mm. The protrusion length l 1 is slightly larger than the thickness l 2 of the tile 7.

ところである。 The overall shape of the striking rod 2 is as shown in FIG.
It was formed into a rectangular cross-section so that it could fit into X' and the nail guide groove X and be slid through it. The reason why the cross section of the rod body 2' is made square so as to fit into the cylindrical hole X' and the nail guide groove X is that when driving the T-shaped nail 3, This is a consideration to prevent the application of any harmful or unnecessary rotational moment. Further, the rod body 2' is formed with a tapered portion that tapers toward the front in correspondence with the tapered taper 23 of the nail guide groove X in the nail insertion cylinder 1. By doing so, the impact force can be transmitted to the T-shaped nail 3 in a concentrated manner without any difficulty. The tip of the rod body 2' has a cutting tip 2b with a stepped portion 12.
is provided. A stepped portion 12 formed at the tip of the rod body 2' serves as a stopper that determines the limit when the striking rod 2 is inserted into the nail loading cylinder 1 and driven forward. At that time, the driving end surface 2a is at a position that is retracted from the end surfaces 1c, 1c of the end portions 10, 11 of the nail loading cylinder 1 by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the head of the T-shaped nail 3. It is made to stop. This is to prevent the head of the T-shaped nail 3 from sinking into the panel board 9 and locally damaging the panel board 9 when driving the T-shaped nail 3 for fixing the tile panel. It is. Note that the driving tip surface 2a corresponds to the shape and dimensions of the head of the T-shaped nail 3 and is substantially the same. The central region 2c of the rod body 2' is mainly fitted into the cylindrical hole X'.
Further rearward of the rear end portion 2d of the rod body 2', a pommel head 2f having a thickness that is easy to grasp is integrally provided. The pommel head 2f plays the role of a handle when the striking rod 2 is inserted into the nail loading cylinder 1 and is operated by sliding, and also receives the striking force from a hammer or the like.

棒2は釘填筒体1から脱落することはない。 The above-mentioned striking rod 2 has a driving point 2b and a rod body 2' having a cylindrical hole in the nail insertion cylinder 1.
It is inserted from the rear of X′. As the insertion operation progresses, the stepped portion 12 of the rod body 2' comes into contact with the tip edge 5a of the loading port 5 (nail guide groove X), and the rod body 2' does not advance any further. In this state, the driving tip 2b fits into the nail through hole Y, and its driving tip surface 2a is retracted by the thickness of the head of the T-shaped nail 3 from the tip surfaces 1c, 1c of the insertion portions 10, 11. reach this position. When the striking rod 2 is inserted into the nail insertion cylinder 1, a protrusion 14 is implanted at a position directly adjacent to the stepped portion 12 on the surface 2e of the rod body 2'.
On the other hand, the barrel wall 13 on the base side 1d of the nail loading barrel 1 has a rear edge 5b of the loading port 5 (nail guide groove X).
Since a continuous slit 15 is bored, when the striking rod 2 is pulled out, the protrusion 14 is locked to the rear edge 15a of the slit 15. Therefore, the striking rod 2 will not fall off from the nail loading cylinder 1.

できるであろう。 Next, we will explain how to use the proposed nailing tool in Part 1.
The embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 through 4 will be described as an example. First, with the striking rod 2 inserted into the nail insertion cylinder 1 pulled rearward (not shown), the T-shaped nail 3 is inserted into the nail guide groove as shown by the white arrow A in FIG. Insert the nail through the loading port 5 of X and load it into the nail through hole Y (see FIG. 7). Note that if the loading port 5 is not provided in the nail loading cylinder 1, the T-shaped nail 3 may be inserted and loaded through the opening 4 of the nail passing hole Y. Next, as shown in FIG.
Abuts at right angles to. At this time, the insertion part 1
Since the length l 1 of 0,11 is slightly larger than the thickness l 2 of the tile 7, the tip surface 1'a of the main body 1' of the nail insertion cylinder 1 does not collide with the surface of the tile 7. There isn't. Next, when the pommel head 2f of the striking rod 2 is struck with a hammer, the T-shaped nail 3 hits the striking end surface 2f of the striking rod 2.
a, the nail is guided into the nail guide groove X as shown in FIG. It is driven straight into the target. At the same time, since the rod body 2' of the striking rod 2 is formed with a tapered portion corresponding to the tapered taper 23 of the nail guide groove X, the striking force can be easily applied to T.
The signal is transmitted intensively to the nail 3. This is because the stepped portion 12 of the striking rod 2 is designed to come into contact with the front edge 5a of the loading port 5 and serve as a stopper when the T-shaped nail 3 is completely driven. , it is possible to easily know when the driving has finished. At this time, the head of the T-shaped nail 3 is in a state where it is pressing against the surface of the panel board 9, but it is not fully immersed, so it is possible to locally damage the panel board 9 and weaken its strength. There is no loss in durability. If the head of the driven T-shaped nail 3 were to sink into the panel substrate 9, the thickness of that part would be locally thinned and the durability of the tile panel 6 would be impaired. This means that
Normally, the thickness of the panel board 9 is 3 mm, and the thickness of the head of the T-shaped nail 3 is about 2 mm, so when the head of the T-shaped nail 3 is inserted into the panel board 9, the thickness of that part is This can be easily understood if one considers that the thickness is reduced to only about 1 mm and that the substrate structure in that area is crushed.

As described above, the insertion portions 10 and 11 made of the plate-like small pieces at the tip portion 1a of the nail insertion cylinder 1 are as follows.
The insertion parts 17 and 18 do not need to be integrally molded as a part of the nail insertion cylinder 1, but are separate insert parts 17 and 18 having convex parts 19 and 20 formed at the center position of the rear edge as shown in FIG.

なく確実に打込まれる。 When semi-permanently fixing tile panels to a building frame using the dry construction method, even if the worker is an amateur, the impact force on the T-shaped nail loaded into the nail loading cylinder will not exceed the impact force applied to the T-shaped nail loaded into the nail loading cylinder. The T-shaped nail is not affected by rotational moment because the force is transmitted straight, accurately, and intensively through the striking rod, which has an angular cross-section and a tapered portion. Then, it is reliably driven through the tile substrate from the joint groove surface of the tile panel without even the slightest deviation.

Since it is set at more than half, the impact force on the T-shaped nail acts extremely strongly, and the nail is driven effectively and reliably until it reaches the deep part of the solid building frame.
