Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a powdery perfume having excellent stabilities in a storage for a long period of time, especially even in a case of strong alkali, by solubilizing or emulsifying a liquid perfume into an aqueous solution of surfactant, mixing resultant solution or emulsion with a substance capable of forming water of crystallization and powderizing. CONSTITUTION:A liquid perfume is solubilized or emulsified into an aqueous solution of preferably anionic and/or nonionic surfactant, mixed with an anbydrous or partially containing water of crystallization inorganic material (e.g., sodium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, sodium orthophosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium borate) and/or organic material (e.g., sodium citrate) which is capable of forming water of crystallization and then powdered.

[Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Generally, perfumes are in liquid form (of course, there are also solid perfumes such as camphor) and are used for various purposes. One of its uses is as a component of detergents for clothing, tableware, homes, etc., and is used for purposes such as masking raw material odors and providing comfort to users during use. At this time, if the cleaning agent is liquid, it can be easily added, but
No special efforts have been made for powder, granular, or solid detergent systems. - For boat fishing, liquid fragrances are sprayed onto powder systems, or mixed with some components of cleaning agents in advance and solidified into powder, which is added as a so-called master powder. However, when such a powdery fragrance is added, stability may become a problem especially in the case of long-term storage or in cases where the system is particularly alkaline.

As a result of intensive studies to solve these problems, the present inventors found that after emulsifying or solubilizing the fragrance with an aqueous surfactant solution, a finely powdered organic or inorganic compound capable of removing crystallization water is added and mixed. It has been found that this problem can be solved by powdering or granulating the powder.

In carrying out the present invention, the solubilization, emulsification, or dispersion system of the fragrance is preferably one with excellent storage stability, but since the next powdering step is immediately carried out after preparation, stability is particularly important. It can be used regardless. In some cases, it may be used as a mechanically forced dispersion system using a homomixer or the like.
