とが必須となっており、組立の半組化、部品の削減が強
く求められている。これらの諸状況を考えた時、従来の
磁気テープ案内体は複雑でちゃ、多くの組立ステージ1
ンを必要とし、コスト削減のために障害となるという問
題があった。

いる。又、第2の部材22は、加工しやすいアルミニウ
ム合金のため、転造や鍛造等のいわゆる低コストにて生
産可能な製作法により生産される。このようにして加工
されたテープガイド20の構成が最も低コストの組合せ
となる。又、軟質のアルミニウム合金をテープガイド2
0の鍔部21aに使用しても、アルマイト処理等をする
ことにより、ステンレス材と同等の性能が満足できるこ
とが、実験で確められている。

ができる。例えば従来構造であると組立に自動組立機を
用いた場合3台の組立機を必要としていたのに対して、
本実施例では、1台のみでできる。

することなく本発明にあっては1台のみで良く、著しい
経済的利益をもたらすことができる。
